Effective, tailored training for the academic and voluntary sectors

I offer learning and development opportunities and consultancy to individuals, groups, teams and organisations to support greater effectiveness and change:

• Effective interpersonal skills training
• Development of pastoral skills for academic   and support staff
• Tailored training for helpline staff and   volunteers.

I am based in Oxford, but work with organisations throughout the UK and Ireland. Training is delivered in the workplace, at conferences, training forums, and other venues.
